My paintings and poems aim to awake people, make them look for deeper meanings, scratch under the surface. My works offer glimpses of the human life cycle and its intricate relationships. I try to depict feelings and emotions such as vanity, pride, love, fear, motherhood, pain, etc.
Using acrylics and poetry as my mediums, I explore the prejudices against women, the pressure and set expectations of the society on women of all ages. I try to voice the struggle of living with an invisible illness and to educate people to recognize it.
I am interested in creating artworks that serve a multiple purpose: aesthetic, inspirational, reflective by challenging the conventional ideas of the society.
